He bites his tongue, spreads the blood on his fingers, and then flicks his wrist at his opponent. The blood flies off of his hand in a shape similar to that of a jumping snake, and clings to whatever surface it lands on like spider silk, burning through even the most durable of surfaces.

In a note of either brazen stupidity, or over-confidence, "Peregrine" usually enters the Carnival dressed only in jeans and combat boots.
